ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSES AND DATA

Behavior and website visit data

General visitor data is kept on martijnvanbemmel.nl. When your browser sends your IP address, user name, time of request, these are used for the statistics of my website and to make the operation of my website more user-friendly. I can see how often and when my site is visited, but not by whom. This data is made anonymous as much as possible.

Offering services

I also use your data to help you through my services and to improve my services.

Other purposes

I use your email address and (mobile) telephone number to keep in touch with you and to send you information. I use your name and address details for my accounting, to send invoices. I also use this information to handle any complaints and/or disputes with you.

Security of personal data

Martijn van Bemmel Coaching takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. ARTICLE 2 – THIRD PARTIES

I handle your data confidentially and never sell it to third parties, such as other companies. I may need to share your information with others to comply with legal obligations. For example, in the context of a criminal investigation, I may have to share your data.

ARTICLE 3 – VIEW AND ADJUST

If you want, you can always inspect your personal data and you can always have them adjusted or deleted. Send an email to coaching@martijnvanbemmel.nl. You will hear from me as soon as possible. I first check whether the request really comes from you.

ARTICLE 4 – COOKIES

My website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that a website places on your computer when you visit my site.

My website places cookies for Google Analytics.

The website martijnvanbemmel.nl uses Google Analytics from ‘Google Inc’ to track how visitors use my website. I can then see how often and when my site and which pages are visited. The information obtained from the cookie, in combination with your IP address, is transferred to one of the Google servers. This could be a server located in the United States.
